Booking & Payment
Booking a photography session or purchasing digital images through Chloe Craddock Photography constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Service.

Copyright
All photographs remain the copyrighted property of Chloe Craddock Photography. Purchasing digital images grants the client personal-use rights only unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Images may not be resold, entered into contests, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

Editing
Clients agree not to significantly alter, edit, apply filters, or remove watermarks from delivered images without written permission.

Digital Downloads
Digital downloads are delivered in high resolution. Once downloaded, clients are responsible for backing up their files.

Refunds
Due to the digital nature of photography products, all sales of digital downloads are final. Physical product issues (printing defects or shipping damage) will be addressed individually.

Image Use
Unless otherwise requested in writing, Chloe Craddock Photography may use select images for portfolio, website, and social media marketing.

Limitation of Liability
Every effort is made to safely preserve client images. In the unlikely event of equipment failure, acts of nature, or circumstances beyond our control, liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the affected service.
